6.5 yrs work ex across Social Impact Consulting (3 years) , Non - profit research with a globally renowned NGO (2 years) - helped design elements of Education policy for 2 Indian states - impacting >2million students, worked and travelled across 23 Indian states doing remote rural grass-root researches
Currently, leading a 5 member team in one of India’s largest Social Impact Consulting firm - Engagement Manager: managing a 30million P&L, 20million sales GTM strategy. 2 promotions in 2.5 years - helped a large tech firm(think Google) design its global implementation strategy to improve reading fluency of 50million+ kids in 189 countries - helping Microsoft design its India CSR strategy impacting >10million youth - advised CXOs of some of largest social Impact programs in India impacting >5million people

Thanks for the gmat score input and other details.
I’m majorly inclined towards consulting and for backup product management since I have a better exposure in product already.
Also, I’m not planning for traditional MBAs. Mostly 1 year full time MBAs, where ideally min ex. Requirements is around 5 years and avg. cohort ex. be around 8.
I still feel, I will fit right in it considering my age as well. And I’m going all in with this.

Wow wow wow - impressive experiences with impact! List is a good mix - Stanford - moon shot for everyone but you have a great fit! Wharton is more likely, MIT and Yale will really need to feel the love in your essays to feel like you will choose them over others... if you were looking for one more - Haas is a great combo of social impact + finance!

Great! I think you should go all in if you go for it! Like I said, there are exceptions and you can absolutely be the one. Great thing is you can submit your profile for review to INSEAD and HEC - see what feedback they have and you can carry that over to most schools. I do recommend pitching a different STG as you want to project safety and that you will get a job within 90 days for grad - you don’t have to pursue it when you get there. Adcoms are looking for most plausible /probable employment outcomes. Speak to some current students in the consulting club at these schools and see what they say.
