I think they process things a little slower. I created my 2019 Consortium member account and still haven't gotten approved. I did see a check mark on OP registration. So at least mine is up to date.

Sorry if I missed this somewhere along the way, but can someone please comment on the "School-Referred Application" to The Consortium? I was accepted R1 to Georgetown and received an email recently from The Consortium informing me that I was recommended to apply by Gtown. I was given 5 business days to complete the app and the essay and now I am just waiting, but I'm not sure when I would hear back. I am a veteran student so most of my tuition would be covered by the GI bill, but I am all about taking advantage of every program offered.

Does anyone else know anything about what to expect regarding this type of application process? I think I'm confused about the whole thing because it seems out of order in a way. Thanks for the help in advance!

I would email Danny Brown — Manager, Recruiting and Application Processing 636-681-5458 [email protected]
They are pretty quick at responding if they are aware of concerns. The big aspect about the Consortium application is access and reimbursement for attendance at OP (Orientation Program) which is coming up in June (9-14 I think). The conference gives early access to employers with the opportunity to secure internship offers. Best of luck.
