Does anyone who has already had their interviews have any advice on what to expect/what interviewers are looking for? Also if someone can share their thoughts on this - Will asking for an early decision affect my chances?

I do not think so but I could be wrong. Let others chime in It depends. Since every alumnus will be different. Both my interviews were very conversational and candid. Of course prepare the basic question such as Why MBA, Why INSEAD and Why Now. but the rest could be mostly around your profile, what you did, why you did it and what did you learn ? I am not sure my friend but I think it should ideally be about the substance. Since none of the recommender will have the time to write a 500 word essay for each question, I would think it should ideally be around 200-300 words, but then again its about the content with anecdotes than the word limit.

Were both your interviewers from backgrounds similar to yours?

If you have genuine reasons for asking, it wont hurt your chances.

No actually both were from a different background. I am in Mining/OEM space and one of them was an entrepreneur and the other one was in TMT Consulting. The only similarity was the geography i.e. both of them were based out of India.
