I haven’t heard anything from them. Allegedly they don’t release decisions until decision day (this Thursday). Good luck as I’m in the same boat.

For those of us waitlisted - how realistic is it to get an admission response from our schools + Consortium membership in time for OP?

One school specifically said that they would try to let Consortium applicants know in time so that they could attend—I wonder if that is consistent across member institutions.

This is a tough spot. Have you tried reaching out to the schools and giving them an update of your situation?

Haas is aware and said during their waitlist Q&A that they will make their decision in time.

I only heard from Johnson this week, so keen to see if they will do the same. Planning to attend a waitlist Q&A next week.

I missed the deadline to apply through the consortium, but I accepted full time admission to a member school.
I received an email this morning from them saying they were referring me for membership to the consortium, and that the consortium would be reaching out to me for info to review me for membership.
What does this mean? Do I have a chance at a fellowship?

Fellowships are determined by the school, so just ask the school...but if they school hasn’t offered you funding yet, it’s not promising.

They offered me a partial scholarship for the part time program in round 1. Fingers crossed, I'll update when I know.

There's no 2020 thread yet so I thought I'd post this here. How much do Yale SOM, Haas, and Tuck care about what order you rank them in?

I'm in the odd position where for Yale and Haas (my top 2 choices), my GMAT is above their reported 90th percentile (based on the latest class profile) but my GPA is below the 10th percentile. Tuck publishes the full range instead of the middle 80%, and my GPA is safely within that range. I reached out to the Consortium, and they said that even if I were rejected from Yale and Haas, Tuck would still see that I ranked them third.

Do any of these 3 schools have a reputation for being less generous with scholarships if they're ranked lower? Planning on doing an app-initiated interview at Tuck to show interest, as well as attending the Yale diversity weekend, so they would still know my level of interest in the programs.

I would be honest when making the rankings. All business school expect that applicants will apply to several programs. It is part of the process and that is completely fine! Regarding scholarships, if the school is interested in you and you demonstrated that you will be a good fit to their program, the scholarship amount should not depend on how you have ranked the schools.

Can anyone guide me on the levels of scholarship that, if awarded, a member of the Consortium could receive? For example, do all members of the Consortium receive an award equivalent to the tuition and fees of a member school? Or perhaps, could one receive half such funding, or funding equivalent to that of 1 year only?

Can I repeat an essay that i wrote for consortium mission essay (not the core) for an individual school, I know the schools don’t see the mission essays, but is there any way of them (or the consortium) finding out it’s the same essay?

Hi all, I know this thread is old, but wondering if anyone ever got membership into the Consortium but NOT admission to their schools.

Some 2021 folk have been receiving membership acceptance emails but not sure of admissions yet.

Thanks!
