If your undergrad was in English, then TOEFL is not required. Please mail to admission committee and inform them that your undergrad was in English. Please share share proof. They will reply you saying you qualify for TOEFL waiver. You can use that email to upload in application.

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone confirm whether the TOEFL is required for international students who have studied in an undergrad university where the language of instruction was English? On the website it is mentioned that the waiver is given case by case, however, I would like to know whether has anyone confirmed from the adcom team for the TOEFL waiver?

they sent an email out on October 5th mentioning the below:

"If you submit your application before the new system is implemented, you will experience minimal changes. You will not need to update any information, and you will only interact with the new application system during the decision process. If you would like to submit your application before the updates, please submit on or before our October Round deadline on October 12.

If you have already submitted or plan to submit your application after the new system is implemented, any information that you have already entered will be transferred to the new system. Please note that the new application will look different and some questions will be modified. "

If you submitted before Oct12 for R1 you are good. Even if the new one is showing some sections incomplete.

Btw... received my Cornell GMAT Waiver approval

I had written a mail but have yet to receive a reply from Cornell... then I got an email that the update is complete and you can now access the portal and still, it's showing that my application is 91% complete with vital details missing
