Did anyone with a GMAT waiver manage to get a scholarship at Darden?

I did yes, but I’ve also heard others securing scholarships with waivers from other schools too

i have got a gmat waiver too, but i feel that they are accepting people with gmat only finally could you share your profile?

Hi! Can someone clarify if a candidate without an entrepreneurial experience and an entrepreneurial career goal can apply to Batten Innovation Scholars... Their criteria mentions: BATTEN INNOVATION SCHOLARS A full scholarship for the student who dares to challenge how things have always been done. To be considered, candidates must submit a 500-word essay as a part of their Darden application. High-potential candidates will use the essay to describe: 1. Evidence of implementing value-driven innovation at one or more organizations 2. A strategy or idea for pursuing responsible innovation in future endeavors 3. Your fit within the Batten Scholars and Darden communities 4. How you would contribute to the Darden Community at large So, technically a lot of people may apply, but I really want to know if there is a "realistic" chance of me getting it.. First thing first: It’s a scholarship and not part of the main application. It gets considered differently from the application (by the Batten Institute folks along with the full app). So doesn’t make any difference on your candidacy. Secondly, the promt clearly asks to connect the previous relevant experience with what you’d do at Darden and post Darden, plus how do you fit within the community. So don’t worry if you don’t have an traditional ’entrepreneurial’ experience, just go for it if you have done something new or innovative (entrepreneurial, as in the dictionary meaning) within or outside of your work.
