Received a reply from Darden! It's just 5:45 am there. They are extending the deadline and said it was some error at their end.

I dropped an email to the Admissions Team and they told me that "The application proof may not include your entire submitted application, however rest assured the admissions committee will be able to view all of the information you have provided."

It’s not just you - applications are due tomorrow at Noon ET now due to some of the tech issues they’ve had. They addressed that certain sections are blank too, so you are ok.
