Great Point but still schools failed to handle the pandemic with sensitivity and finesse. I think that applies to many schools but whatever it is one cannot change. Moving on is the best way forward.

Sorry to everyone that got dinged, but I'm sure there will be a light at the end of the tunnel (I am saying this while not having reached that light personally lol).
Do you guys think that this means that those who are still left may soon get positive news? Or is this just a culling of what seemed like a massive waitlist to begin with?
First, I think that waitlists this year (and last) were massive because of the uncertainty of how many admitted students would actually enroll! I also think that as more people get accepted to M7 schools from the respective waitlists, it will have a trickle down effect on the DMV (Duke, Michigan, Virginia), which will have a trickle down effect on the rest of the top 20.
