Maybe the situation with India has changed things?

Maybe,feels so sorry for Indian people

I mean, per the decision tracker live feed, someone apparently got accepted like 10min ago

I am not sure why the markets can’t be used to make this unfortunate situation a bit less stressful. Some of the admitted students may want to defer for several reasons and due to the unfortunate events unfolding as the result of the pandemic. People on wait list can be admitted in place of people who want to defer and people can be allowed to defer to next year. That’s a win win for everyone

Hey All, Sounds like there is a bit of confusion here - myself included. I have been waitlisted since R1 and was under the impression/hope that we would also be hearing back today, one way or another, along with the R3 candidates. As someone previously mentioned, I received an email at about 3:00pm on the R2 decision date, which rolled my waitlist over to this round. I believe that some people (from R2) were added to the waitlist, and some people from previous rounds were released from the waitlist on that day. As other people have mentioned - not a lot of activity here or on ClearAdmit. But R3 is generally just a few spots to round out the class from what I know (although maybe there are more spots than normal due to COVID related ramifications). Are they just late on informing us? Slash do you think we'll get a 5:00pm rejection? Surely if we were to be accepted, we would've gotten the call by now? Or do y'all think things are in flux and we still have a chance, due to events in India or something else? Good luck to everyone still waiting!
