Hey guys! I got an invite to interview yesterday, a couple hours after the Duke result. So yes, I will be withdrawing soon. I have scheduled the interview for 16th, but won't give it, mostly. I have query. I'm taking my GMAT close to my application deadline date-- a week before the deadline. I will get an unofficial score report. Will that be enough? Does it complete my application status?

From what I remember of the application, the scores need to be reported to the school by the testing agency so the earliest you can do it on test day itself(5 free reports). It takes sometime to reach the school though(10 days, don't depend on this and check it though, this is a ballpark estimate). The application reflects if your scores reached them or not. I believe it should be fine. As long as the GMAT is taken and the score is "sent" (and not reviewed by adcom, as it takes time) before the deadline, you should be good. However, better double check with the admissions team. Hope that helps.

Yes I believe this should be totally fine. Do be on the safer side write a mail to the school and send a soft copy of your unofficial report ASAP to the school, if possible along with the application. Good luck!
