Looking at ClearAdmit it looks like everyone who was accepted off the waitlist the last 2 weeks had a call with a WL Manager prior to their acceptance which makes it seems like anyone who hasn't been contacted by a WL Manager is at the end of the waitlist/isn't really a contender for acceptance.

Agreed but there are folks who have gotten a call from the manager and are from EA/R1. Was wondering about those (I’m in that bucket too ). Posted from my mobile device

Hey guys I was waitlisted on R1 after the interview and received the call from the WL coordinator a few weeks ago. She wanted to confirm my interest in the program and put herself available to clarify any doubts. They seem to be not ready to call anyone from waitlist before R3 deposit deadline. So everyone still in WL is been dinged, invited to accept the WL counselor or to withdraw the name from WL. I think they will offer spots based on the remaining seats available in class after everybody else - this is just my personal feeling, OK? Besides the Fuqua WL - which was my first choice - I was accepted in two other programs with good fellowships. The program I decided to attend starts in mid-July. As an international student I could not keep waiting and waiting for Fuqua decision. I made this clear and received a very big DENIED So, my advice is: if you can wait, be patient. If you can't wait, just move forward with the other offers you have. Best of luck for everyone here!!!
