I'm planning to apply for 2024 intake. I'm from India, GMAT 730 (Q49, V41). I have an undergrad in economics, and by the time of admission I'll have 5 years of experience (2 years in e-com and 3 years in FinTech startup as product manager).
I also have a few side projects that I run and also do volunteering.

What do you think are my chances for HBS? Is there anything else I should consider adding to my profile to improve the chances?

I'm not considering GMAT reattempt.

Hi Everyone! Just a quick question - does HBS still have a post-interview reflection essay that is required to be submitted within 24 hrs? I did not see any instructions around it in my interview schedule mail - maybe I missed something?

Full-time work experience is almost mandatory for Bschools, except if you are applying for deferral programs (during the final year in undergrad). This does not seem like the case for you.

Also, it is highly encouraged to apply for MBA while working full-time, unless exceptional cases like being laid off, etc.

So, most of us would need more information about the work gap, before suggesting anything. I hope this helps.

For HBS it is mandatory to have work exp. However, you can apply to the 2+2 program during your last years on Undergrad.

I gave my interview in person and it was a great experience! For the interview know your entire application well - anything you’ve submitted is available to the interviewer so the questions can come from anywhere. Be relaxed and be yourself- they are interested in learning about you- show them you are an interesting person to speak to and you’ll be good!

Hi guys, something off topic. Would you recommend working on improving my GMAT score so I can get to Top 15 MBA programs next year, (it’s been a while struggling to pass the 600 margin (Bad on Verbal, second language and not a reader). Or would you recommend starting an MBA program this year on one of the top 30 MBA programs that offers GMAT waiver such as Georgetown, Mendoza, Simon, Scheller? Planning to work on consulting after MBA, career switch from engineering
