How are we approaching the AI use question in the application? I haven’t used AI so I’m planning on just saying no

Heard schools are flagging these profiles but not sure. May be some consultants in this group can answer better.

Flagging the no’s makes sense seeing if there’s honesty involved, I’d just like to know if it affects the application in a similar vein when comparing the gmat or gre (it doesn’t matter)

Has anyone used Leap Quest as a consultant? They reached out to me and I was wondering if someone had a good experience with them.
Very bad experience!! Don't go as Darshan is quite expert into marketing but they have only one consultant so I have bad experience

Ah thankyou. Darshan did reach out to me personally. I did ask them to share success stories with the likes of Harvard. There was one with Wharton, none with HBS.
They shared success stories in pdf and no confirmation or affirmation of the stories on linkdin

Hi everyone, I saw a video of a consultant saying M7 schools prefer the GMAT more, even though they say they have no preference. Is that true? Would I be at a disadvantage if I submit a GRE score?

Kamal (the person who posted) had taken a 1-school package with us. Since he had over 10 years of work experience, we suggested strong European schools for him. Unfortunately, after enrolling he did not complete even the 1 school application and has not been responsive despite our follow-ups over the last few weeks.

We fully accept ‘bad experience’ feedback if someone goes through the process, applies, and feels the quality of applications led to rejection. But in this case, the process wasn’t even taken forward, which makes the feedback incomplete

There are several students in the same forum who have taken our services and I am sure that right after the round 1, loads of success stories will be shared

Just hope you read my message properly :)

Good luck!

Been reading online if you went to a non-ivy, for undergrad and your gpa is near the median, you’d need a 99th% on gmat for your application to not be a lottery ticket, but to be a contender. How true is this? Is a 665 automatically rejected for a 705, when everything else is held constant? probably...

I don’t think that’s the case, I think what matters the most is how you can combine your gmat and past experiences into a proper story, that makes you stand out

Thanks, that’s what I was assuming, there’s just so much conflicting information online

:(

665 is already a 91st percentile how big a difference is an extra 8% 😂😂

I get how you feel! I feel the same way too, but I (delulu) convinced myself to just be confident in my own story, rather than spend hours looking at other experiences online.

Ofcourse it’ an edge I think. But I’ve seen 99%s get rejected alot, sooooo not that big of an edge
