You have high chances if you are from under represented group.You don't have 720+ GMAT at the moment, then why waste your time for trying to go with a slightly higher score? I don't see difference between 690 and 730 imho and your gpa is 4.

Hi,
I filled out the free form (the one which takes your basic information and you get a mail from them). In addition, HEC sent a mail to setup a half hour skype call with one of their adcom members. I didn't find any info on this so can someone tell me about this?

It can take around 2-3 weeks to get pre-selection result. I got in 2 weeks by one of friend got after 3.5 weeks.
