Hey Akadiyan,

Here is what I would do:
1) Continue practicing for GMAT. With GMAT online being the reality till dec 2020; I have a feeling that GMAC will allow applicants to retake the test soon or offline tests will start and you will be able to retake the test
2) Use this time to build a strong application; so that you can attempt GMAT even on the last possible day.

Regards,
Tridisha

My online GMAT attempt did not fetch me the desired score and there is no announcement about retakes for Gmat online yet. Looks like Round 1 is out of my reach :(

Thanks for input Tridisha1,

I also believe that GMAT will allow retake sooner or later. Hence i have started working towards my Retake. I was focusing on my GMAT and did not think much about working on application in parallel. Thanks for suggesting that idea

Hi Guys
Just introducing myself I will be applying this year but haven't appeared for gmat yet (at least 2 months)

Anyone in the similar position let's connect.

Any one with inputs for r1 vs R2 vs r3 for IIMA.

Hi Mayanak,

Usually seats are equally divided across rounds; however, earlier rounds receive a lower number of applications (and hence lower competition). Additionally, R3 is a new introduction from this batch; so applying earlier is better.

Regards,
Tridisha

While sending the GMAT Online Score to B-schools, The GMAT code of the B-school is not shown anywhere. Only course name is available. There is no way to confirm that the you've selected the correct course. I experienced the issue while sending the score report to IIMA,B,C and ISB. Any different experience ?

Hi Jim, didn't get your question clear, if it is about the process of admission - you can check here in detail: https://www.iima.ac.in/c/document_libra ... rocess.pdf

Hope it helps!
Thanks.
