Applied R3. Got interviewed 19 Jan. No email and No portal update. Many R3 people have been accepted in 4-5 Feb. Is it done for R3?

I had applied in R2 and didn't get any update or interview invite. I have received an email stating that Admissions Committee has decided to put my candidature for a further review. Any thoughts on what this would mean?
