That’s one part of the whole application process, right?
The essays and LORs will be sent separately after this step?
You have to attach everything together, go to the portal and see, you will find options to upload everything
that i did, in addition to that - do we need to send our scores via official site?
can anyone clarify this please?

Hello Prasad2799

At first glance everything looks pretty strong. Acads and GMAT are off the charts, CFA will help.
Work experience is diverse and will make you stand out. Since years of work experience is on the lower side, you'll need to show accomplishments and measurable impact. But with 2 promotions I would expect the progress is decent and the unique exposure will be very useful.
It is career goals that I'm not clear about, maybe I'm missing something. With your education and work experience, how are you planning to transition into product management. Either back that with a convincing argument or research a bit more on your goals post MBA.
Otherwise, good to go.

Best

Hello Saravagi

Acads and GMAT is your strength and can be helpful in standing within the large and competitive pool of IT applicants.
Years of work ex is in the sweet spot, but be prepared to show career progression and accomplishments that can differentiate you as there will be many candidates from Infy/HCL. Try to focus on the measurable impact of your contributions and how it helped improve the business of your company or of your clients.
Some of the extracurricular look interesting. Hope you have been involved in most of these for quite some time and have good stories to tell. What would be crucial here is how you show achievements and transferable skills here. If used well this will be key to building some diversity in your profile.
Finally, the career goals is something that is tricky as almost everyone wants to get into Management Consulting but very few actually make it. Hope this is after some research and you are very clear why you want to get into MC and have a convincing argument as to why it is a realistic goal.

You may want to read here on what factors work in a profile and here to add to your research on career goals.

Hello Prasad2799

Please find my comments on your profile below:

1. Academics-

You have a balanced profile with a great GMAT score which will provide a spike in the academic section of your profile.
CFA Level 1 certification will also further make your profile stand out amongst the applicants
MOOC's is an understated but defnitely a pedigree that emphasizes your drive to keep improving your knowledge base. Should be appropriately highlighted in your profile and essays

2. Work Experience-

At 2.5 years of work experience it is on the lower side (lesser than median) especially for reputed international B-Schools.

However, Indian B-schools such as ISB do have a significant applicant pool from 2-3 years work experience bracket (minimum being 24 months). Your profile will more likely stand a better chance in these schools

Your experience is definitely something that needs to be appropriately detailed in the essays to focus on the positive impact you have created in your organisation(s)

3. EC's

This one definitely stands out considering that you have represented your team in a district level hockey tournament. The impact of sports in your professional journey needs to be focussed on while writing your application

Overall, your profile has a lot of promise and with a focussed and dedicated approach should help you achieve your admission goals.

Hello hemanthreddynaini

The work experience and extracurricular really make you stand out. I won't even get into achievements and career progression as there'll be enough stories. All you need to do is apply yourself well in the essays.
Career goals is where I'd question MBA and what happens to your startup. If entrepreneurship is the goal aren't you already there?
Moving to academics, a GMAT of 700 or higher will put you in a very strong position.
To summarize, you have a strong work profile which makes you a diverse candidate. Work on getting a decent GMAT and building a convincing career goals narrative.

Hello hemanthreddynaini

Please find my comments on your profile below:

1. Work Experience & Projects-

You have a very diverse and unique work compared to the standard applicant pool. You have already had sufficient interaction with ISB via the Tech. Entrepreneurship program (TEP) and since your idea originated there, this needs to be properly brought out in your application.

Additionally, the startup is catering to a need which is even more excarbated in the current times (virtual experience of traditionally face 2 face industries). The pedigree of your idea is already well proven in the mutliple prestigious forums you have participated in.

This needs to be well-shaped into a story which brings out the innovative product manager in you with a penchant of converting ideas into real products (Via your projects) for your ISB / other B-school applications

The teaching section also needs to be integrated into this story of execution and enablement

2. EC's

Your stint in the robotics club (wrt your work -ex) and your work with helping Para Atheletes definitely stands out and again can become a bigger part of your overall story

3. Post MBA goals

Very much achievable once you are in ISB as there is a whole bouquet of tech companies of all sizes and products that come in for the placement process. Also have a possible plan B which can act as a stepping stone to your plan A .(do your research on top tech companies with an AR/VR division which come to ISB)

4. Academics

Shoot for a GMAT score of 710+ (the average has hovered around the 708-712 mark for previous classes)
The other acads are good!!

Overall, your profile has a lot of promise and with good articulation can help you achieve your admission goals.
