The slightly lower years of work ex means you will have to answer why you feel you are ready right now to attend ISB.
Other than that, work ex (with the achievements), extracurricular look decent. Will now depend on how you portray the overall narrative in the essays.
I'd recommend close to a month for a decent application, but the reality will also depend on many other factors (how busy/free you are in your personal/professional life, the quality of work you put in, how ready you are with the answers to why MBA etc.) 1 LOR needs to be submitted.
