Hope you all are doing great. I want to get into ISB and would like to know what you guys think of my profile. And also please let me know what should I do to improve it.
Age: 26 yrs.
10th std: 87%
12th std (Specialisation in electronics): 65%
Graduation (Elect. And Telecom) : 6.75 CGPA.
GMAT: 730
I have 4 years of experience working as a Cloud ERP consultant (Oracle Netsuite). I don’t have any international travelling experience but have experience working with US/Canada based clients.
Extracurricular:
1. Lead a team in a National level competition. Where we had to build a Solar Car from the scratch and won various awards in that event. (During 3rd year of my engineering)
2. Almost a National level football player. But couldn’t make it due to some reasons. ;(
3. District level cricket player as well.

My work exp:
In my 4 years of work exp, being an ERP consultant I have worked with multiple clients in Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Chain domain. I also have experience in leading projects along with that I have designed multiple solutions for my clients on a Software Platform (Netsuite) which helped them to have clear visibility of their business in real time and streamline their business process.
My average CSAT is 9.5 which is one of the best in my current company.
I have various certifications related to the software (Oracle Netsuite) that I work on.
I hope this gives some clearity of my work profile.
Your GPA is not your strong suit so make sure to compensate with a highly analytical approach to your work in the essays.
I would say a decent chance of making it to ISB if you execute the application well and show utmost clarity on post-MBA prospects.
For your post-MBA goals, I suggest you show some deeper research into the prospects and play on your strengths. You have a strong background in supply chain software, therefore, supply chain network design or supply chain product design or operations leadership could be an interesting fit for your background at global tech companies such as Walmart, Amazon, or even at upcoming E-commerce startups all over the globe. Deliberate on your post-MBA goals keeping in mind what possible career tracks in the short/mid-term could help you attain your long-term vision. Do not shy away from laying down your thought process on your career goals in the essays and present alternative to your most preferred career objective.
