Hi Team,
Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend. Applying for the first time to any B-School would like to know what are my chances to convert ISB.
10th - 73.33%
12th- 82%
UG- 65.4% ( B. Pharma)
Work Experience-
Co-founded a healthcare/Skincare company in 2016.
2016-2017- R&D & Product Development
2017-2020- Launched a brand in the offline market in the healthcare and skincare niche.
2020-Present- Rebranded the brands and entered into Ecommerce Space.
I have extensive experience in building cross-channel marketing funnels, Performance marketing, and digital advertising.
Currently, we have more than 50 SKUs and we sell across India through our own website and marketplaces.
Extracurricular-
* I do freelancing and consulting for branding and designing. Worked with clients in India and US.
*Volunteer in an NGO and Responsible for managing Company CSR.
*Cofounded Entrepreneurial Club in UG- "Grow".
*Founding Partner of a local club "SYS"- "Swadeshi Yuva Swabhimaan"- In which we invite writers to launch their books and guest speakers in order to educate underprivileged children and ignite growth spirit.
*Won various college-level debates, Chess Tournaments and Marketing Competitions.
How much should I target and what should I keep in mind while preparing my application.

Hi,
Changing goals should not be a problem as long as you can show clarity in your thought process in terms of what you want to achieve post isb, what you have done till date to achieve it and how isb will act as a stepping stone.

Hi Arun,
Your Gmat is a little on the lower end, we would recommend targeting a 700+.
Your work experience is good and 6 years is just a little above the sweet spot so if showcased and explained well in your essays would work in your favor.
Additionally, in the goals essay would need to explain how what you have been doing so far has been helping you move towards your post mba goal and what an mba at isb would add to help you achieve your goal.
However, ISB views each application on a holistic basis so would need more information to be able to guide you to the best of our knowledge.
