Can someone please throw light on the profile of CA but without any extracurricular or leadership role would require what score in GMAT to be in a good state the even if interview doesn’t impress them (due to less extracurricular or other achievement), there are good chances of selection in ISB.

They give their presentation, the alums speak about their experience and career, then you can ask application related questions to the adcom and career related questions to alums

You can ask questions on profile but they’ll give a generic answer that there is no "ideal" profile and you should definitely apply
