Profile Evaluation
Hi everyone, I am aiming to apply in R3/R1 for ISB. My main question is will I need to retake GMAT ?
I scored 645 in gmat with a profile of 9/9/6. I am a non engineer female with 7.2 years of work experience in a fintech product management position in a US based company. I do have awards from my company along with a couple of developed hobbies. In light of my profile is the score good enough?

Hi quasa,
While your non-engineer profile will help differentiate your candidature to an extent, your GMAT score is 30 points under the median; hence, if you are applying in R1 next year, you will have a fair bit of time to work on your GMAT score and should make good use of the available time to improve the same.
If you are applying in R3, time is not on your side (unless, you feel you can give the GMAT in the next ten days); hence, the attempt should be to make the most of your strengths and put forth a set of compelling essays.
