my status changed to decided just now, but i don’t see a decision letter.

that happened with all of us. It first says decided, then takes bunch of time to actually get a decision letter. For me, it was 9:00AM CST that changed to decided then aroung 5:00PM I was able to see decision letter

my portal was updated and appeared new word "decided". "decision letter is available for review, you will receive an email indicating that there has been a change in your application status."
