My interview was conducted by a second year. She asked the standard questions - why MBA? Why Kelley? Have you spoken to anyone at Kelley? Why now?

Its blind interview. So you can probably use some of your essay questions

I just had my interview with a 2Y. I don’t feel that I did very well. I was so sweaty and stressed. I did prep but I don’t think I communicated very well. Hopefully things work out.

- Walk me through your resume?
- Why an MBA now?
- Why Kelley?
- What value do you bring to a team?
- How have you prioritized multiple projects when you were pressed for time?
- How have you dealt with coworkers who didn’t pull their weight on a team project?
- What are your weaknesses?
- What are your post MBA goals? What industry?
- What other schools have you applied to? Have you been accepted anywhere yet?
- Is there anything that you haven’t shared with me or in your application that you would like to add?

Just had my interview with one of the Admissions team members.
It was entirely conversational in nature.
She started about asking my introduction (Who you are?) very candidly and followed up a standard Why MBA question?
As I have done an exchange semester in US so she was interested to know about that. Almost all the questions during the conversation were focused on my leadership skills that I developed during my professional career. In the last she also asked about my hobbies in free time. She also asked if there is anything else I wanted to make a part of my application.
Total time = 50 mins
