Guys LBS os also asking for a video component to some applicants before the interview. I know everyone that applied for kellogg had one too so I was wondering if you could share the questions because they can be similar. Mine was:
1. If you were an animal which would you be and why.
2 the std question
3 the surprise question: tell me about a time that you had to convice someone else of your point of view.

Could you share yours?

Hello guys,

Just received my off-campus interview invite from Kellogg in my base city. Currently, I am travelling and on an assignment outside of home location and is practically impossible to go back to my home location for the interview in the next 2 weeks. Is there any way to deal with the situation? I really want to interview for Kellogg but the current situation does not allow me to travel.

Can anyone share any tips on preparing for the interview. I need to complete it within 14 days. Quite nervous. Thought I would have more time to prep. ?

Just write to the adcoms. They will be able to reschedule your interview or would be able to extend you a virtual interview invite.

Wow, congratulations! :) For preparing, read the interview debriefs and know your resume inside out. Prepare 5-6 strong examples related to behavioural questions and be prepared to elaborate on each bullet on your resume. As long as you are able to cover these bases, you'd be good to go.

The email said you should have your interview within two weeks of them sending you the name and contact of your interviewer. If you can’t schedule within two weeks, you should request for a mew interviewer. :)

No, I mean till wen will they keep sending interview invites. I didn't get my invite yet, how long should I wait to give up and move on.

My take is that the invites in India just started rolling in. So, maybe you should hear back within a week. That is, of course, if they can find an alum to interview you. The interesting development is that in the past two years interviews for the applicants based out of Mumbai were waived. However, this year Mumbai folks have got interview invites. What's your location BTW?

I'm in a similar boat. Submitted on deadline; haven't heard from the school regarding the interview yet. I am an international applicant though. If it helps calm your nerves, then let me tell you that the invites keep going out till late. Stay hopeful.

If the words from Adcoms were to be believed, the invites would go out up to 4-6 weeks for off-campus interviews. It's been just over 4 weeks. So, your can continue to remain hopeful till the end of 6 weeks. For folks in US, the invites went out till pretty late. For Indians, R1 invites went out till Oct 25th last year (check last year's thread for accurate info). That said, the invites had started rolling out earlier last year as compared to the this year. Besides, since only one wave of invitations has been sent for Indians this year, you can keep your hope high for an interview invite. :) Most probably, if you are to hear back, it would typically be in this week itself. Come last week of October, waivers might be flying out. :sick: All the very best :thumbup: Please keep the forum informed if you receive any update.
