One can apply to 15 and get admit from all 15

Someone might apply to only 5 and get admit from 1

As long as you get into your target b school and have a plan , it won’t matter

If this is the case, I would say. The school selection is flawed. As an applicant, you chose a conservative approach without being ambitious.
