I haven't been paired yet. I emailed my POC to check and I got an automated reply saying she's out of office till 21st October.

Haha, in-person interview in Nairobi. Hence, the extension in the interview deadline. They never offered Skype, so I didn't ask, because I didn't want to seem un-keen on the school!
