I've heard that the McCombs team is in India in the second/third week of February. So, all the Indians should hear by the end of this week. This is what I'm guessing.

This has been asked before on this thread but i was just curious to note that the decision notification for Round 2 is March 30, 2017. Does the school release all the decisions at once or the decisions are released on a rolling basis.

Would appreciate if any Alum can help here.

Interviews are happening in India. In fact the Admissions team is currently in India, having Interviews, they have completed Mumbai, and are currently in Delhi.

But don't loose hope, because, after these interview trips by admissions team, they do invite another batch for Skype interviews. Best of luck

Not very hopeful about McCombs, not sure how Trump's new policies affect US B-School's decision making for international applicants. Any thoughts?

Pls, take my advice with a grain of salt.

I believe there is still a huge amount of uncertainty. As the initial steps might be populist measures, and moreover, with the kind of opposition his executive orders have faced from people and judiciary, it's highly uncertain which all policies will get implemented.

Further, governments and presidents change, but schools have to look at long term aspect. If they restrict international applicants, they would not be contributing enough towards the cross-cultural and global business learning of the students entering these schools. That would be a big dent for their brand and question their efficacy.
