I am applicant/admit from the early round.

To clear the air, the video interview is NOT a substitute of Skype interview. It is just an additional step in the admission process for some applicants. If you notice in the mail, the video interview is conducted by a third party and Mendoza will use it to test your speaking abilities. As far as I know personal / Skype interview, is a mandatory condition to secure an admit.

Thanks. Yes, I also received the mail, I didn't see any specific deadline mentioned in the mail -- you could check this with the admissions team. About time limit --Yes.

Hey guys how many of you have received invites from Mendoza? I am round 1 application with 720 GMAT, haven't received anything from them yet. Are they still sending invites?

For the ones invited to a video recorded interview: I received an invitation on 10 Nov, sent an email that same day asking for the deadline to submit the recording, which was answered today. My deadline is 27 Nov. Don't know if that applies to everyone...

btw, I am R1 applocant for the 1 yr MBA

So I did get a response. They're still reviewing applications. This is just my gut (and may be completely misplaced) but the response I received did make me feel that they have received more applications than they anticipated for R1.

Did you finish your kira interview? I'm really wondering if the real interview has the same time limit for each question.

I got mine on Friday. I would definitely believe that there are some more invites this week too.

Last years admission post also saw people being invited around 15 days after the deadlines.

just got a call today about an hour back for video interview from Mendoza...... so they are still sending invites those who havent wait till today or may be 1-2 days for interview... any one has an idea about these video interviews at mendoza?
