Well that’s already close enough so just go for it I’d say. If anything goes wrong you still get about 2-3 months to retake and reapply in R1.
Although I hope you get in this R2

I will have to see the work ex properly to see if there’s any leadership experience but... The GRE is kinda on the border for most overrepresented candidates.
What GRE score is above average in India? There is not much data on GRE, just some sites claiming GRE to GMAt score conversion, which doesn’t look very accurate but might be true
