I honestly wish schools would follow HBS/Wharton/MIT’s process. Give us one date and tell us all on that date. The process of "By X Date" Or "Rolling" just sucks.

Is it too late to apply for Ross R3?. I have a GRE score of 324. Have 5 year experience working in the financial technology industry within people operations/HR. I have international volunteer experience as a US Exchange fellow and other volunteer leadership programs. Post MBA Industry is Technology or Consulting.
Ps. I’m from an African country.
It’s not too late to apply because round three is going to be March 24th. So you definitely have time to apply but this is a very low probability round, schools taking only about 10% of their class and there’s little funding left by this time so it’s And doable I applied in round three (another program) because I was clueless and managed to get in with a scholarship but that was pure luck (I did not apply to Ross)

With round three they are generally looking to add diversity to the class and so if you are from an under represented African country, you actually probably have a decent shot. And it looks as though you have great volunteer experience and a competitive test score. I would go for it.

what are mychances? I am Indian male with a gmat score of 675, having a work experience of 6.6 years. ill be applying in round 3. I have managerial experience of more than 5years. I Have also founded an NGO, which has more than 5000 volunteers

Consider applying in R1 next year to top schools! This way you will also get to further improve an already great score of 675. Given that your work-ex is also pretty impressive, your chances will increase significantly!

You can calculate that ig. Yield is 33% so they call three times the number of available seats. That’s like 1050 people. Assuming 4k people apply. That’s 25%
