Wait until the calls start going out! It seems like they don't call everyone who gets an admit, so imagine not getting a call then having to login to find out your fate!

Keep working on the apps! I just submitted my LAST app five minutes ago and it feels pretty dam good! I started the whole process back in February 2008, so it's been quite a trek.

I think I need to celebrate!! :drunk

Why are you sure that you aren't getting in? Your GMAT is in order. What part of your app did you think was weak?

Why are you sure that you aren't getting in? Your GMAT is in order. What part of your app did you think was weak?

I will admit that there is a faint ray of hope that miracles can happen.

But, I did not make it to Tuck, Duke and Tepper in Round 1 and so Ross seems to be pretty darn difficult for me. As far weakest part of application, other than the typical Male/Indian/IT profile, I believe less ECs and essays. I think my apps were best for Tuck and Ross. I rushed in to to Duke and Tepper. Other than these, I am eagerly waiting to get some feedback from Tuck and Tepper which will hopefully help me narrow down much better.

Hi, I am new to the discussion and I usually don't post anything on forums. However, this forum seems like a very friendly place to share concerns about the Ross application process. Anyway, I wanted to see whether anyone knows how long it takes to receive "your application is complete" email once one submits the application.

It's all over the place. If you look back in this thread, you'll see that the "application complete" email didn't come out until after a bunch of people had already gotten interview invites. I think it was early Nov, so almost a month after the deadline.

I wouldn't worry about the email.

That was my concern too, but again don't worry. There were a few people here whose applications were missing transcripts or some other part and Ross got a hold of them and requested the missing info.

I actually didn't get my interview invite email! I got a call the week after the last invites went out asking me if I'd still like to interview!

So basically, sometimes things go wrong but it's not like Ross will just toss your application if something is missing!

R1 decisions aren't out yet. I was really happy to get the interview invite though, we'll see if it pans out.
