In my opinion, you can write to the adcom about this mistake and request them to allow you to send another recommendation. There is a saying that don’t keep the adcom guessing. But again this is a tricky situation frankly, to let it go or correct it.

Agree with gauravhalder87 I think you should proactively reach out to the adcom and let them know of the mistake your recommender had made. The adcom will understand that it is not your mistake In case you have concerns about adcom getting to know about the other school you had applied to, that is the general assumption that an applicant applies to multiple schools and every adcom knows about it. So, I don't think this will affect your application anyway, IMO Let us know what you hear back

Hi Nikhil. They will be sent out next week. I (and I presume everyone else who applied) received an email from the admissions office that said "We plan to email all Round 2 interview invitations during the week of January 25, 2021".

The email stated they would start from 25th. It's 7 47 am EST right now. But they should start going out from later today throughout the week IMO. Posted from my mobile device
