Just got an email from Ross: Announcing Standardized Test Policy Changes for 2020-2021 Admissions CycleLearning of the many hardships that candidates are facing because of the pandemic, we have decided to modify our standardized test policy. We will be offering candidates of the Full-Time MBA 2020-2021 application cycle the ability to request a waiver of our standardized test requirement (GMAT, GRE) and English proficiency tests (TOEFL, IELTS, and PTE).
We will look for candidates to demonstrate their academic proficiency and quantitative ability through other data points (e.g., undergraduate or graduate coursework, full-time work experience, professional certifications, etc.). See our Waiver Request page for a detailed listing of qualifying experiences.

What I have seen the last few years is that some demographics need very high scores (e.g. Indian guys) but then others could get in with lower scores with less competition at those score levels though still required a 700+. I guess if you have less than 700, apply for the fee waiver.
P.S. Even if you sent in your score already but have not applied yet, you should be able to get a score waiver.
P.P.S. This also seems to tell me Ross does NOT have enough qualified applicants for R2 based on their R1 experience so it is a good opportunity in R2.
