NYU hasn't watched the video I submitted for my personal expression, so I think it's still too early to jump the gun on denials yet.

Quick question related to this one: if I sent my official GMAT score on 10/15, and GMAC shows they sent out, but NYU application page still shows score not verified. Does that mean admission still did not review my application yet? Or probably they briefly reviewed it and then put it into a "ding" pile. So they do not even bother to update my GMAT score verification? If so, it is really sad ~~~

Ugh...so I just got invited...seems like they are still sending out invite. I can schedule up to 12/22...so I'm not sure if the 12/15 deadline is still valid.

The Dec. 15th deadline is for initial notification of an Interview Invitation, a Waitlist or Denial of Admission, it is not for Final decisions. Also congrats! Would think you'd be more excited than "ugh" haha.

This happened to me also -- I emailed Stern Admissions to ask why, and they quickly changed it on my profile and sent me an email to update me.

Same thing happened to me as well. I emailed Admissions and they updated it the next day. I also asked if this was holding them from reviewing my application, but got no response on that.

Round 1 applicant here, submitted a few days before 10/15. I received an interview invite a few hours ago.

Received my interview invite yesterday! I chose to participate in the Stern Spotlight on Women - I didn't have a chance to meet very many Stern students during my spring visit, and I'm excited to have a bit of a break to prep for the interview. I'm over the moon! Great to hear a positive response after a month of dings.
