I have a 4th theory to explain the delay. As the 1st round deadline was kind of close to the 2nd's and as the 2nd round deadline was last week, they might be considering 1st and 2nd round all together.

Folks, I am a first year MBA student at Olin, and keep visiting this thread from time to time. Since last few days, I have observed growing concern about no new interview invites for 1st round applicants and whether one get admission directly without an interview.
I reached out to graduate admissions office, and got the following response:
- Interviews are underway (not everyone post such things on gmatclub)
- Final result notification date for round 1 is Dec 15th, interviews can happen anytime between now and then for round 1 applicants
- No one can get admission without an interview
However, both from my personal experience and emphasized by admissions office as well, the whole admissions process can be very long, the most important thing to remember is to have patience.

Got and interview invite today
Yea I want Dec 9/10 just because im out of town the 1,2,3 and there are just a few slots open for each. Just tried to sched the interview and their application system is down so I cant log in and look up my applicant ID number which is required.
