I would suggest looking at career outcomes, especially for international students. That is always the biggest factor. If you can track down some of their alumni and talk to them, that would be the best option. I applied to my #1 choice program simply because they have a very very close relationship with my current organisation and a LDP pipeline in place, even for international students. Every other program, I have applied is solely of basis of post-program job pipelines.

I am pretty much set on going again with the EA and R1 on a 700 GMAT, hoping to get a 675+ on FE, rework the profile and go again. Even if it is a T15-T30 School I am okay. The challenge with W&M I am seeing is way lower compensations and non existing Alumni in Business

I have been on about 4 forums excluding this one. Its not possible that only 5-7 people got admits in round 2 usually there are 20-25 people celebrating on the forum. Surely they haven't called many people, and a lot of us will still get admits. We'll find it directly on the portal. Dont lose hope !!

I am really not very hopeful. It was this way for Vandy last year as well.

Well I do not agree with the understaffed part because yesterday my recruiting manager was taking a video admissions session of 30 mins for just 2 people. This session could easily have been cancelled to make calls.
