I had my interview yesterday and hope to be hearing back from Rotman soon.

I already got admitted to Schulich but Rotman is my top choice, and I really hope they admit me and do so before the deadline I have for YU

Hi,
I am Ayush from India. I have around 4 years of experience. I am planning to take my GMAT at the end of March. Will it be advisable to apply at Rotman for 2019 fall ? Does anyone has experience in getting into Rotman in round 4?

Could you provide the interview debrief? Did they say, when the decision would be stated?

The debrief is quite similar to the thread I've seen regarding the interview. Off the top of my head, they asked me to run through my CV and identify what I think the highlight of it is, they asked me for an instance where networking benefitted me and to talk about how I, as a leader would handle someone in a team who isn't pulling their weight. Richard (my lovely interviewer) also asked about my long term and short term goals, and why I picked Rotman.

I got a call this morning from Richard, saying I've been accepted with scholarship

So, to give you a timeline i applied on March 4th, got my invitation for interview on March 14th, scheduled my interview for March 18th and finally got a decision today on march 22nd

UPDATE: I found it in my junk folder, classic mistake smh was just anxious I guess lol!

I realised that I didn't receive a confirmation email other than the confirmation of my payment -- should I be concerned? Do they send confirmation emails for the application itself? Online it says application submitted though. Asking because when I applied to Haas, they sent me a separate confirmation for the payment and a separate one for the application being under review.

Thanks in advance for anyone taking the time out to ease my post-app anxiety

You don't.. you also don't need it to begin with if your primary language of instruction was english during your undergraduate program.

You don't.. you also don't need it to begin with if your primary language of instruction was english during your undergraduate program.

Really? ‘coz when I was applying there’s a mandatory IELTS tab that needs to be filled.

Hi Sourav700

You wont need TOEFL or IELTS for Rotman if you studied in an institution in which English was the (only) language of instruction. Most Indians qualify on that parameter. Check that tab again - won't be mandatory.

Round 4 is generally too late for Indian applicants. Try for R1 this year (2019).
