Depends on what you want to specialize in and what are your post-MBA plans. And also, the scholarships/assistance ships that both the schools offered.

Would appreciate if any current student could help me with stats on the number of waitlists that made it to the admit list last year.
I have been waitlisted and all I know is that my status would be updated by the end of the next round.

I got my interview call within a week and admit decision in 3 weeks from the date of interview. Speaking fron my experience, I found Smeal people (including current students and alumni) very responsive.

PS: Anybody experiencing login problems with the application portal? Couple of days back I was shut out a full day, next day everything's normal. And today I'm unable to login again .....

To all those who have submitted your application -

Under the test scores section, the following message is shown "This section will show official scores once they arrive to the University". My TOEFL scores are displayed here but not my GMAT scores. I have sent them more than a month back. I emailed the adcom team regarding this already but was wondering if anyone else is also facing the same issue?

Don't worry about that. My GMAT score is still not mentioned on the website. Though I called Smeal and got the receipt of the official GMAT score confirmed before my interview.

I got interviewed on 18th. She said the result will be announced on feb1 only. I am an R2(dec1) applied.
Not sure whether she said so because of upcoming holidays or the intent was to keep me on hold.
From post i understand that they announce results quickly.. but i will have to wait till feb 1. waiting is killing.

Hi guys!

Congratulations to all those who received admits. And good luck to those who are awaiting admit decisions. I was interviewed by SP last week and she made it clear that keeping the holiday season in mind, decisions could take almost a month or so. So, fingers crossed!

I sent mine on Thursday and did not receive any confirmation. Should I check with them to confirm?
