Forget scholarship, chances to convert WL into an admit itself are usually very slim or negligible (disclaimer: no expert, just from previous years threads and applicants). You need to make an extra effort to convince the AdCom.

Have you filled up the "Educational Intent" section on the left navigation pane of your application portal? Once you fill up MBA Full Time for Fall 2016, you should be able to see the MBA Essay Question.

For your quick reference, here is the question.
What are your specific post-MBA short-term and long-term goals? Why Smith? Why an MBA? Why now? (500 words)

Hi,

Congratulations to all those who got accepted! Good luck to the wait listed ones.

I applied in R3 on Dec 15th. Have a skype interview scheduled for Jan 14th. Anyone who did the skype interview have any specific experiences to share? This will be my first skype interview and hence the uncertainty.

When were you interviewed? I know it's scary. However, the only advice that I can give you right now is to keep your hopes alive and concentrate on your other application. The worst thing that you can do is to affect the other chances thinking about something that is beyond your control.

Remember the cliche - It is not over until it is over!

Perhaps, you will be admitted on the decision date. Perhaps, you will be waitlisted and admitted at a later round! Possibilities are many. So try to make the best of what is in your control.
