My Interview was with Maria, and I struggled some what.
Questions were very practical and were mostly in followup to whatever I said, unlike most schools who will say "That was nice" and move on to next question.
For eg. I was asked about my goals, then next question was what if my short term goal doesn't materialize.. what is my plan B.. then what is Plan C.. then Since I have a Plan C... why I think Plan A wont work.
I was also asked what I look for in an MBA program primarily. What programs I have applied to. What is the common factor among the schools I mentioned Why I want to come to smith.
In my interview, there were no behavioral questions.

Am I the only one that was not able to interview due to the inclement weather? I am still waiting for someone to get back to me with an updated interview date.

Just had a interview with Kecia...Wasn't like the others i had till now.
She was very practical and i think she felt that i am jumping the gun with my MBA goals. The interview went for abt 20-25 mins and then for the next 10 mins she spoke about the placements and problems Indian students face.
She provided a good insight of things people ignore when applying for a MBA.
Overall a good experience even though i am sure i will not get in.
If you get an opportunity to talk to her utilize it to the fullest.
