Hi all,

Just finished reading the chat transcript. It seemed to me that they basically just want you to apply, deflecting answering specific questions by saying that the review process is holistic. I feel like for them, the school, there is only upside if more people apply. More app fees/revenue and lower/more selective admissions percentage to report out to MBA Ranking organizations.

Another benefit of increasing application pool is the abundance of choices to select best candidates for their program.

Has anyone heard back about the Diversity Conference Nov 1-3? Submitted an application but didn't get any kind of confirmation of submission or feedback yet. I know they mentioned that you will know your status by latest Oct 11, but apparently they accept people for the conference on a rolling basis as well.

You should wait. They generally start one or two weeks away from the deadline.

I would go on to say that treat your application (especially essays and short answers and recommendations) as if the deadline is a week earlier! It will save you guys so much anxiety during the deadline week.
