Can anyone tell me if they accept applications without an IELTS score? like.. Provide them with the test date and submit the scores later. I did not realise that IELTS was a requirement till a few days back.

has anyone who applied in November got interview invite or any communication about getting dinged ?

I applied in November and got an interview in the beginning of December and then was admitted a couple weeks later. I know that they shut down for the holidays so that might have caused a delay. Best of luck to you.
