I can still see that my waiver is not applied to the application after submission. I selected the "Pay by check/waiver" option.
How many days after the submission can I expect this waiver to be confirmed so that I can go ahead and schedule my interview?

I received a waiver and then got this email when I submitted my application. Looks like it could be a few days until they get through all the submitted applications and change the status.

Quote:
If you selected the "Pay by Check/Fee Waiver" payment option, please note that your payment status will remain as "not paid" until we have processed your application.

If you are paying by check, you will need to mail your check to us. Once we receive your check and process your application, your payment status will change to "paid".
If you qualify for a fee waiver, your payment status will remain as "not paid" until you have submitted your application and we have confirmed your fee waiver eligibility. At this time, your payment status with change to "waived".

Yes..I got the same mail..
I guess till they change the status online, we wont be able to schedule an Interview!!!

I was able to schedule. My waiver was reflected in the interview scheduling system even as I was fillingn the rest of the app. Give it a shot!

Yup..now its reflected in the system and I am able to schedule the interview.
The next dilemma now, should I go for an Alumni interview in my city or a Skype interview?

I also received a fee waiver but I am not able to schedule an interview using the online system.
I guess I will wait some more since we have to complete the interview until dec 5th, right?

Ya, you can wait for a while.. even for me it took a while to update the waiver status in the system. Check back after 3-4 days.

Can international applicants also apply for interview over phone/webcam through the inbuilt interview scheduler in the applications page?

kanger901023 : there is no specific process for fee waiver..you can just write a mail to the adcom..if they feel you fit their criteria- high GMAT, peace corp etc. they will grant you waiver. try contacting them and find out.

Did you get a fee waiver?
Can one ask for a fee waiver on basis of high GMAT score? I didn't see this in there criteria.

Yes, just write an email along with your resume attached.

I asked for a waiver on 15th Oct just couple of days before the deadline and got a positive response the same day from Sherry Wallace.
In my case, I had applied in 2011 but withdrew owing to personal circumstances. The admissions committee was able to get that info as well.

All the best.

Those are some serious revelations. I am unsure as to how this would impact the credibility of the KF MBA though.
For eg, would it have a direct impact on job opportunities?

Don't think it will mean anything to the business school. No offense, but most people already suspect this at most schools anyway.

Hi guys,

Can some of you who finished your interviews already post their interview experience? Some tips and out of the ordinary questions you might have faced, may be? It will definitely help others like me who are yet to do the interview.

Can someone tell me if there is any alumnus other than Mr. Gagan Bakshi in the interview list in Delhi/NCR? I have scheduled a skype interview and I can't see the list anymore; I'll have to cancel first.

I tried to reach Gagan Bakshi for an interview in the Delhi-NCR region. He said that he is going out for an M&A deal, so an interview is not possible now. I will be scheduling a Skype interview in the next week. Any advice anyone?
