I got an interview invite and it has been scheduled on 15th. Ms. Rozi, Assistant Director has been assigned for interview. Any advice would be great help.

As it is with most of the UIUC adcom, Rozy is easy going. I would advise you to be interesting. I know that sounds vague, but she likes interesting people and interesting stories. So if you can present yourself as such you will be in good shape. She is not one to ask silly or tricky questions (at least in my experience). Come ready with a few good questions. I am sure this advice feels super generic, but hey, that is how it goes sometimes. GOOD LUCK!

Nope, there is only three people doing interviews, Mark, Serena & Rozy. A very small team! Good luck.

Serena is a great person! My time at the Illinois MBA, enriched because of her. She expects the best in people, in fact she is a great cheerleader. Remember your aunt, you know, the one who is always telling people that you are smart, that you will do well in school, that you are the best? That is Serena for you. Prepare for the interview, but know that she is on your side, cheering for you to do well. Good luck.

Guys! the following comes under the employment statistics, could you please explain:

Employment statistics are reported in accordance with MBA CSEA standards. The salary data is based upon usable salary information on 61% of those graduates who had accepted full-time employment offers and 58% of those students who accepted internships.

Thank you.

VoyagerII and other members: I have applied in Round 2 (Jan 18 deadline) without TOEFL score. At a later date, i.e. on February 5th, I received an e mail from Illinois with the below message:

Thank you for submitting your application to the Illinois MBA. In order for your application to be complete, we require the following materials:

- English proficiency test score report sent from the testing agency

Once we have received these materials, we will start to review your application for admission consideration.

Sincerely,
Illinois MBA Admissions

My TOEFL Account says that the TOEFL score for Illinois was processed on Feb 5th (I took the test on Jan 29th) but I have not received any update from school. I tried contacting the school regarding whether they have received my score, but its been a week
and they have not replied.

Who should I look forward to? Please help.

Thanks

Had my interview day before yesterday. Got an Admit today...:). I had some doubts if any could please clarify...
The expected total tuition fees for two year MBA, it is USD 57/59K or USD 114K / 118K ?
Does that include expenses towards Global Consulting Program? If not how much expected it could be?
And do we have any options of scholarship outside the school?

PS: I am an International student?

Your reply will help. Thank you. And all the best to those who are yet to be interviewed, if you need to ask anything, I can share my experience.

Congrats on your admit!
59k is for one year. Thats the amount you need to show on your I-20 form for you visa if you havent received any scholarship from the university. To the best of my knowledge, it does not include GCP fees. Maybe VoyagerII can clarify.

I am getting personal messages regarding how did I prepare for interview:

So, First of all I tried to find all the questions that were asked from the last UIUC threads. So, I prepared those questions. How I go about it : I googled every question and then prepare. My advice would be to be to the point to the answer. Don't roundabout.
All the very best.

To be honest, that is surprising. When did you apply? I am assuming Round 2 or 3. The University must have received a significant number of applications and having a tough time selecting applicants for the program. That is my best guess.

If I were you, I would count myself lucky as any university would have put you on waitlist and seen how things work out later. UIUC is giving you another opportunity. Make it count and all the best.
