It doesn’t depends on 3 or 4 years degree rather it depends on the medium of language

For USC its not mandatory, if your undergrad transcript has medium of instruction as English you can submit it as proof for waiver

What do you mean by electronic service? Do I need to have paper transcripts?

hi, is there any application fee required to be paid or a separate application fee waiver form to be filled for Marshall? The website says that there is no application fee but inside the application there is an option to request for fee waiver, really confused
