This is what is written on the USC website under transcripts "The school is located in the United States. If located outside the United States, we accept electronic transcripts only from India sent via TrueCopy Credentials. We do not accept electronic transcripts from any other overseas institutions or vendors."
Can someone explain what is implied from above?
do we have to get this done at time of application or later?
