The way they’ve handled missing the deadline feels so unfair, as in an ordinary year they communicate scholarship decisions IN the admit letter. This year they’re saying we’ll know ‘promptly and by the 22nd’. What does that mean? They’re already not being prompt by missing the 31 March deadline! I cannot wait until 22nd other offers will expire. Feel like if I chase usc it’s a foregone conclusion I then won’t get a scholarship

I’m yet to hear back on my R2 application. I’ve mailed them regarding the same and i did that 3 days ago. Haven’t gotten a reply to that as well. I’m guessing other offers are gonna expire before I hear back about USC and its scholarship. Don’t know if it’s worth taking the risk here.

yeah same here, felt like they didn't managed this application year well. I think their yield will be affected this year, many of us already have admits at peer schools, just waiting for scholarship before deciding, plus California is a HCOL area, so cost is also an issue that we internationals are thinking about too

I have and admit to Marshall and Anderson without any scholarship. My preference is Marshall. Can I use Anderson admit without scholarship as leverage to ask for anything? They already denied my first request before I was admitted to Anderson

A consultant would be able to help you better, but, imo it doesn’t hurt to try again because the circumstances have changed and you have an admit now. I don’t think your admit status at Marshall will be affected in any case.
