Just completed my video interview. I think it went fine. I got a little tongue twisted midway through the second question, but I think I handled it just fine.
My questsions were Describe your ideal work environment and tell us about a project you took on without being asked. On to the face to face interview in a couple of weeks. Good luck to those still to do the video interview.

Just got done with my video. Was decent but I feel I could have done more justice to my responses.
Questions were:
1. Who is your role model and Why?
2. What project did you take on without being asked to?

Just finished my video interview,
basic question 1) describe your ideal work environment?
2) Tell us about an experience when you faced a boring project? how did you motivate yourself and your team to work on it?
I think i did fine with the second question got a little twisted for the first one.
