Same. It didn't feel conversational at all as the interviewer had specific set of questions in place. Apart from some small talk, she stuck to the script. Don't know if that's a good sign or not. My interview lasted for around 40 minutes but that was maybe because my answers were a little long. Again don't know if that's good or bad.
Is there any tip to evaluate if the interview went well or not? I feel since there is no metric to compare it with, it gets hard to learn from one interview so as to be better at the next once since you don't know only where you were good or made mistakes.

It was kind of conversational but she did have her questions prepared and at times was just asking them instead of picking up things from the conversation. The only issue I found was that it lasted for just 20 minutes. I will share a debrief soon.
